Can anyone tell me how to set it up so that my name and address automatically appears at the bottom of emails. I would send a normal email and finish: Kind regards Baz
Then underneath would appear
Baz Investment & Banking, Taxidermy and Lamplighting Ltd. 123, High St Baztown AB1 2CD Tel: 9876 5432
Yes, I know that is silly but the enquiry is serious. Any help please.

Hi Baz, good to see that you`ve kept busy while I`ve been away! Regarding your e-mail, have you considered giving Jackie, who does the IT column on Laterlife, a try? I`m sure that she has an enquiry button somewhere on her pages....

Jackie does have an email address at Laterlife but unfortunately I have never had any success with my enquiries: some years ago I sent a question but didn't hear anything. Sometime after I sent another different enquiry and about 3 months later I received an apology from 'admin' saying my email had accidently been sent to them. The third occasion my email joined the first one and is presumably 'out there' to be found by some future techy archaeologist. But for the sake of an email it is worth another attempt, I agree.

Hi Baz,
Go to your email account interface page, then click on TOOLS, then OPTIONS, then click on the SIGNATURE tab and insert your sign off signature and address, or whatever takes your fancy...
Hope this helps..

Thanks Rosemary, like most problems there is a simple answer but you need to know where to look to find it.
